An order is not binding upon Manzo USA  until it is accepted; Manzo USA must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Manzo USA. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Manzo USA invoice. The shipping cost of the item is for both the weight, and the dimensions of the box. Some items may have higher shipping costs due to the size of the box.

Items which are too large to fit into one box must have the full shipping fees paid. Items which we combine shipping for will still require a fee for the increase in weight. We do not do discounts for items which already have a discount applied

We only ship to the Paypal address, so please make sure it is correct before you send your payment. If the item is being returned and we did not enter the wrong address, buyer needs to pay the full reshipping and handling fees for us to resend the item. Refused and undeliverable shipments will not be granted shipping and handling refund. Returned shipments will be held until the reshipping fees are paid. If you think you need a signature confirmation to ensure delivery, we require you to pay a small fee for the addition of the service.

We do NOT ship to international locations, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We only ship to physical addresses inside USA and Canada. Canada, Hawaii, Alaska customers are all subject to a shipping surcharge. All taxes/duties/customs fees will be paid by the customer. For security reasons, we also have a right to ship only to the Pay pal confirmed address. Please make sure to check the shipping cost on the item description before purchasing.

All our products have a 30 money-back guarantee. If you should receive a defective item, please take pictures or videos of the defect for us so that we can open up a claim for you. Returned items will need to be double-checked with no scratches or damages before we ship out a replacement or grant a refund. Customer is responsible for the return shipping back to us, and the item must be properly packaged with all items which were originally included. Used/damaged items will not be granted a refund unless authorized by us. Shipping and handling costs for warranty/replacement items must be paid by the customer and cannot be refunded. Returns sent back to us must be sent by a traceable shipping method, fully insured, and along with your complete auction details and any other information relevant to return/exchange of the item. Items must be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damage in transit. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return. Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No refunds or exchanges after 7 days upon receipt of the item unless it is defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you receive a defective/damaged item.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service first, and send in all information relevant to the claim so we can help you resolve the problem. We require video or pictures of proof for investigation, however, we may ask for more detailed photos or information if they prove to be unsatisfactory or we cannot determine the source of the problem.

Manzo USA will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) — excepting software– and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Manzo USA reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow Manzo USA to sign appropriate documents on Customer’s behalf to permit Manzo USA to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. Manzo USA will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Manzo USA will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Buyer is responsible for all actions regarding the use of this item. Items are for off-road use only. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur through the use or installation of this item

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Manzo USA and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Manzo USA and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Los Angeles County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Manzo USA that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable California law.

These terms and conditions, together with Manzo USA’s invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Manzo USA and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Manzo USA and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party’s right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
